The Peasants at WOMEX

Between 25-29th Oct. representation of L.U.C. & Rebel Babel Film Orchestra will join WOMEX, Worldwide Music Expo to present ‘The Peasants’ and its music score to its international public and delegates. WOMEX is the biggest conference of the global music scene, featuring a trade fair, talks, films and showcase concerts.

The music score for ‘The Peasants’ was created by awarded composer Łukasz L.U.C. Rostkowski with almost 100 musicians from slavic countries as an innovative mix of folk, trance, classic and film music. This project is a unique compendium of the most interesting slavic folk music phenomena. (Maria Pomianowska, Laboratorium Pieśni, Sutari, Dagadana, Tęgie Chłopy, etc.) All this as a part of the international Rebel Babel Film Orchestra conducted by L.U.C. The Unlimited Orchestra of Orchestras has already connected over 11,000 musicians from 20 countries.
